Zazenkai offers a full-day retreat dedicated to meditation. It provides a chance to enrich your meditation practice by partaking in uninterrupted zazen, walking meditation, mindful work practice, meals, and meetings with our teacher. Zazenkai is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
